Are you using Notes Basic ?

How do I find out if it's the Basic version? All I know is what I see in the screenshot below. You can see the textured background in the preview pane also.

Also, how do I go about updating the mail database design? IBM's support documents are quite a mess, don't really know where to look and I keep going round in circles.
